Good idea, usability and design, but a lot of errors in non-english versions

The quality of Sixt is complitely awful. I dont want to use it again. They think that turists are sheep and they need to cut them. I had very negative experience with Sixt when we were in Israel with children on summer 2016. I recommend to everybody dont use Sixt if its possible. I had taken the car there, it began to ask a pipe service in 30 after we left. It was awful to use the car, i brought it back before the agreement time. I also had full insurence. The car was paid immediately. I was very impressed when after 15 days they sent me an invoice for the car i didnt take!!! I dont have any bad wards about app, it works correct.

Too many bugs in this app. You cant proper modify reservation, sync with the website is also not working properly. Reservation canceled on the website still appear ok the app. Prices on the app are generally more high than the one on the local website. Still a lot of room for improving it to a decent stage.

After the restyling of the site theres no way to log in in the app

Please add Apple Pay, overall the app works fine thus far...

The app is ok, nothing special but it gives you everything you need when you comes to renting from Sixt. The rental agency itself is fantastic

Do not rent from them. You do not need it, there are others. Some many glitches and bad services that felt like doing business with a startup. My bad experience goes from booking the car, downloading the app (complicate process to register), interacting with costumer services (condescending and disinform about their own membership process), getting the car at the location (they call me cheap costumer!), to returning the car (they were not able to change my credit car).

Sixt has become my new favorite. Best cars. Streamlined service. And the app works.
